The interface supports reinsurance placing, accounting and monitoring within a multi-company, multi-currency environment. Sold by Promark as ReGEN it acts as a central repository for recording and maintaining information about all reinsurance facilities.

Comprehensive information on each participating broker and reinsurer is maintained within ReGEN including placement and full trading history. The repository based architecture enables views of the data to be made available to a wide range of individuals within the organisation, appropriate to their level of authority and experience.

The combination of ReGEN and PROGEN 2 enables clients to readily monitor their reinsurance portfolio including exposure by rating category or reinsurer. Modelling facilities enable the impact of reinsurer credit rating changes to be easily established and calculated across all reinsurance contracts.

PROGEN 2 is also available with an interface to the Excess of Loss reinsurance administration solution XLRAS 3. Sold by Promark as XLGEN it offers reinsurance practitioners a complete solution to the laborious and previously error prone tasks involved in calculating recoveries and reinstatements on multiple excess of loss layers. Through XLGEN, the reinsurance practitioner maintains full control over the entire excess of loss program including empowerment to optimise the program to best advantage.
