The UK’s Lombard General Insurance has announced it has successfully installed a software Interface to support its reinsurance, placing, accounting and monitoring, writes Jessica McCallin.
Designed to link the existing Re Win package with Lombard’s new system called Progen, the interface has been developed by the reinsurance software company, Blem Information Management, of Bromley, Kent.
Commenting on the new system, Kelvin Phillips, reinsurance manager at Lombard, said: “ReWin compliments the Progen system by providing the reinsurance functionality we require. It is crucial that the two applications communicate effectively.
